We start by defining the end goal, the desired action, that we wish to accomplish in each call and by defining the product.

There really are no limits to telemarketing products, whether it`s books or cars, insurance packages or educational courses. Also you are not limited by just the selling action – we can conduct market research and to put it simply, we can deliver any verbal message over the phone. Target audience

The target audience is defined together with the client and we can use the clients contact list if required or combine it to our own substantial database.


Our service is priced only by hour (14.00€+VAT) and contains no extra service fees or other charges.

Test sales

Before we can start with the main sales campaign, we need to do a short pre-campaign, lasting from 20-70 hours, depending on the product and clients wishes. The reason for this is, that it gives us the first impressions on how we can expect the product to sell, which in turn helps us to define our goals more better and also to plan the advertising budget. After the test campaign we sit down with the client and go over all aspects of the advertising plan. If requested, then these results are the basis of switching from hourly rates to per sale payment model.

During the campaign

Our telemarketers work from 9 AM to 9 PM on business days and from 11 AM to 4 PM on Saturdays. The exact working hours and intensity of the calls can all be set according to need. Client will receive a detailed sales report every day!
